Workshop: Autumn/Winter in the Peak District | 26th November 2016

Join myself and Rich J. Jones on a full-day workshop experiencing the transition between autumn and winter around the beautiful Peak District.

The heart of the Peak District has, over the last couple of years, become a favourite location for the both of us. Passionate about the outdoors and creating images, we would love to have you with us for a sunrise to sunset workshop exploring what the area has to offer during this traditional period.

With a maximum number of 6 people we are able to spend quality time with each participant, no matter the prior skill level and experience. Whether you have the latest, all singing all dancing DSLR or the smart phone you always have on you; we believe you can create great images.

The day will consist of a mornings session capturing late autumn woodland scenes in and around Padley Gorge and Bolehill, followed by having lunch together in a local pub. Over lunch we will take the time to review your images from the morning, as well as giving you guidance on editing. In the afternoon we will head to one of the Peak District’s many gritstone edges to capture the last light of the day.

Unpredictable as the weather in the UK is, we can expect to be capturing anything from the sunrise on a cold misty morning over the moor to creating images of streams in full flow through the damp autumnal woodland. Whatever the weather, we will guide you to make the very best of what the area has to offer.

If there is any additional information you require, or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch here.
